social responsibility

Rhea was part of the first generation of Greek Gods, the group of immortals called the Titans.  She was considered the mother of the Gods and Goddess of the earth. Rhea is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen, driving positive social and environmental impact alongside business and financial results.

Building a culture of alignment, transparency, and social responsibility in both investments and operations is fundamental to the way we do business.

As a business, Rhea’s primary environmental impact is transport emissions.  We purchase voluntary emissions reductions, carbon offsets for all primary transport emissions incurred by Rhea and direct affiliates for business purposes.  As a firm and with our portfolio companies, we believe strongly in promoting diversity and inclusion, whether captured through transparent statistics, company culture and ethos, or through formal accreditation.
